Location: Drive-In / Drive-Out (DIDO)
Roster: 3:1 (3 weeks on, 1 week off)
Contract Duration: Starts 29th May 2025 – Ends September 2025
Employment Type: Casual Position
Remuneration: Attractive rates offered

About the Role:

Lando Hire Services is seeking a skilled and safety-focused C6 Crane Operator to join our assembly and erection crew on the high-profile Energy Connect Project. This is a key role in supporting large-scale lifting operations as part of critical infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate mobile cranes in accordance with project requirements and safety standards
Assist with the assembly and erection of structures as directed
Perform pre-start checks and routine maintenance of equipment
Work collaboratively with riggers, supervisors, and site personnel
Follow all site-specific procedures, lift plans, and compliance requirements
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the crew

Requirements:

Valid C6 Crane Licence (C6)
Valid HR Drivers Licence
White Card and current High-Risk Work Licence
Proven experience operating cranes on major civil or energy projects
Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and teamwork
Ability to work a 3:1 roster in a remote environment (DIDO)
Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing
